1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products and services by Bodhi Production SL, operating under the commercial name Cyber Academy, located at:

Cyber Academy (hereafter “the Company”) provides consulting and cybersecurity training services. By purchasing any product or service, the client agrees without reservation to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purpose
These Terms define the general conditions under which the Company delivers its services. In case of contradiction with a specific contract, the latter shall prevail.
3. Offer & Orders
The Company provides cybersecurity and IT training, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.

Access to training is granted only after full payment.

For self-paced/e-learning formats, access is delivered within 2 business days after payment.

For live sessions (virtual or physical), access begins on the first day of training.

Payment plans (up to 3 installments) are available with prior written agreement.

The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any quote is indicative, not binding.

Orders must include all required information, including access credentials if applicable (e.g., when the Company resells a third-party platform).
4. Intellectual Property

For PECB trainings, the Company acts as a reseller. All rights remain the exclusive property of PECB Group Inc., 336-6683 Jean-Talon East Street, Montreal (QC), H1S 0A5, Canada. Purchasing access to PECB content does not grant any copyright, reproduction, or distribution rights.

For ISACA trainings, the Company also acts solely as a reseller. All rights remain the exclusive property of ISACA®, 1700 E. Golf Road, Suite 400, Schaumburg, IL 60173, USA. Purchasing access to ISACA content does not grant any copyright, reproduction, or distribution rights.
- For proprietary Cyber Academy content, all rights are retained by the Company. No part may be reproduced or redistributed without written authorization.
5. Cancellation & Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish consumer law and EU directive exceptions, no right of withdrawal applies once digital content is made available or training materials accessed.

The Company may cancel or postpone a session due to force majeure (i.e., an unforeseeable, uncontrollable event not attributable to any party). In such cases, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation.
6. Data Protection

The Company processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

By placing an order, the client consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of service delivery and internal administrative use.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company cannot be held liable for any indirect damages or misuse of the content provided. Trainings and materials are provided “as is,” without guarantee of result or business outcome.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All contracts are governed exclusively by Spanish law.

For non-consumer clients, any dispute shall be submitted to the Business Court of Las Palmas.

For consumer clients:

If the client initiates legal action, the competent court is Las Palmas, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

If the Company initiates proceedings, it may choose the court of the client’s residence, contract signature location, or delivery location.
